  • We’re based in Belfast’s Queen’s Quarter, just a short walk from Queen's University Belfast, Botanic Gardens and the cafes, bars and restaurants along Botanic Avenue. The city centre is around a 15–20 minute walk.

  • We operate a simple self check-in system. Before arrival, you’ll receive a secure access code and full instructions, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you

  • Check-in is from 3pm.

    Check-out is by 11am.

  • Yes. We’re close to major bus routes and within walking distance of Botanic Railway Station, making it easy to get around Belfast and beyond.

  • On-street parking is available in the surrounding area. Availability can vary depending on the time of day.

  • You’ll be right beside some of Belfast’s best spots — cafes, restaurants, pubs, parks and cultural attractions, all within walking distance.

  • Both. Whether you’re in Belfast for a weekend break, work trip or a longer stay, the space is set up to be comfortable and easy to live in.

  • Yes — fresh towels, bed linen and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.

  • The space is best suited to couples, solo travellers and small groups. If you’re travelling with children, get in touch and we’ll advise.

  • Yes. While check-in is self-service, we’re always available if you need anything during your stay.
